North Beach Lodge

The main sitting room is a comfortable and stylish spot for up to eight people to gather, with a cosy gas fire for cooler evenings, a Smart TV, and even a great collection of DVDs. For those looking for a bit of quiet time, there's a separate snug on the first floor, while the den on the second floor is the perfect chill-out zone for teenagers wanting their own space.

The kitchen is modern, well-equipped, and designed to make catering for sixteen a breeze, with double ovens and a large induction hob. Once you've cooked up a feast, everyone can gather around the large dining table to eat together and chat about the day's adventures.

When it comes to entertainment, the house has something for everyone. The first-floor games room is sure to be a hit with its table football, and there's a great selection of board games for a more traditional games night. The ground-floor garden room opens onto the enclosed patio, where the bubbling hot tub awaits. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a busy day of exploring. On sunny days, the first-floor terrace is a lovely spot for an alfresco meal in the sea air.

When it's time to rest, there are eight well-appointed bedrooms to choose from. The accommodation is thoughtfully arranged, with several rooms in the main house and two more in an extension, most of which benefit from their own en-suite shower rooms, making it incredibly convenient for a large group.

The location is excellent for making the most of a seaside break. You can leave the car behind and take a short stroll to North Bay Beach, the pretty Peasholm Park, the North Bay Railway, and the famous Open Air Theatre. Family favourites like Alpamare waterpark and the SEA LIFE centre are also nearby. For a bit of history, you can explore Scarborough Castle, or for walkers, the stunning Cleveland Way coastal path is within easy reach.

North Beach Lodge also makes a great base for exploring further afield. The charming coastal towns of Whitby, Filey, and Robin Hood's Bay are all just a scenic drive away, offering even more to see and do. It's a fantastic property, perfectly set up for a large group to have a comfortable and memorable holiday together.
