This beautiful cottage annexe adjoins the owner's farmhouse, set within a 10-acre smallholding with lovely lawns and an orchard. It's a wonderfully quiet and tranquil spot, yet it's in a great location for exploring all of Anglesey's best-loved sights.

Stepping inside, you'll find a warm and welcoming sitting room, which guests often describe as incredibly cosy. It's a lovely space to relax with a dining area, and the "fantastic" wood-burning stove is perfect for curling up in front on a cooler evening. There's also a separate, well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals.

Upstairs, the spacious king-size bedroom is beautifully styled and features a wonderfully comfortable bed and delightful views over the surrounding countryside. The modern bathroom is a real treat, with a gorgeous roll-top bath for a relaxing soak.

The outside space here is special. You have your very own small, enclosed patio, which is completely private and features a superb hot tub – a guest favourite for unwinding after a day of walking. You also have shared access to the owner's two acres of beautiful gardens and lawns, a great, safe space for a dog to explore, and the spot to enjoy the amazing views stretching over to Snowdonia and the coast.

The location is ideal for walkers and cyclists, with doorstep walks that can take you all the way to the coast and cycle routes leading to Newborough Forest. A popular local tip is the bike ride to the village of Malltraeth, stopping for a well-deserved drink at the pub on your way back.
