If you are planning a once-in-a-lifetime gathering or a luxury celebration, Heron House is simply breathtaking. You enter on the first floor into a vast open-plan living space where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the ever-changing tidal waters outside. It is a spectacular social hub. The kitchen is a chef's dream, kitted out with double ovens, wine fridges, a cocktail-making kit, and a Quooker tap. There is even a separate pantry with an American-style fridge freezer. You can serve up a feast at the huge dining table, or slide open the doors to dine alfresco on the terrace.

For entertainment, you are spoilt for choice. The sitting room features a luxurious ten-seater corner sofa and a state-of-the-art Sonos sound system that runs throughout the house. Next door, there is a fantastic games room with a pool table and Xbox, perfect for some friendly competition. If you need to keep up your workout routine, there is even a fully equipped private fitness suite with a treadmill and weights.

When it is time to sleep, there are seven sumptuous bedrooms to choose from, all named after local beaches. Ideally, for multi-generational groups, one bedroom is located on the first floor next to a small kitchenette, offering a bit of independence for grandparents or couples who want their own space. The other six bedrooms are downstairs, five of which have their own en-suites. The master "Lusty Glaze" room is particularly special, with sliding doors opening straight onto the garden.

Steps lead down to the private garden, where you will find a heated swimming pool (available March to September) and a large six-person hot tub.
